Each project varies by Size, Thickness, Wood type and Epoxy fills or River. We work hard to provide a break down of start to finish cost in each estimate we send.

Most Custom furniture will be completed 10-12 weeks from the time 50% deposit is paid.

To ensure your furniture is well taken care of, it's important to avoid exposing it to direct sunlight and to use only Urban Forest Designs approved cleaning products. To prevent wear, you should clean and care for your furniture regularly to maintain the finish and remove minor watermarks and stains. Proper care and humidity are the best ways to keep your natural wood furniture looking great. We hope this helps your maintain your furniture for years to come!

If you purchase an item from our showroom and need us to store it, we will gladly store it for you for 7 days free. After 14 days, a $30 per day storage fee applies for single items. 
All items must be picked up within 7 business days of completion 
Balance must be paid within 7 days of completion. 
A 1.5% interest per day will apply to any unpaid balance after 7 days of completion. 
A storage fee of $30/ day will accrue on all items not received by the client, within 7 business days of completion.

From time to time, we understand that things happen, whether a delay in construction or other life event disruption. Thus necessitating the need to delay delivery of your purchase.
If we are building your custom furniture order, here is the process!
Timing is everything, as we like the delivery/ Pick-up to be completed as soon as the furniture is completed.  If you have a delay, please let us know. We can delay starting your project by adjusting you in production queue. We will reschedule and work with you to prevent any storage charges. 

Custom orders completed are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production starts.
All change orders are charged at a material cost-plus current studio hourly rate.

Wood adjusts at different times of the year to the moisture content of the air.
In a sense, the wood breathes. Wood will also adjust to the moisture content of your home.
We suggest keeping your home’s moisture at 40% year-round.

We are unable to process Milling and Kiln Drying services at this time. 

We can Flatten & Sand slabs as large as 20ft x 5ft!

Yes! We offer a wide variety of epoxy kits, ranging from 1.5L - 60L.
